3. Step-by-Step Process of Creating & Managing Bookings

Creating a booking is functionality professionals use to schedule a service via the Critter platform. Our philosophy is that there is always variability in pet professionals schedule, so we want the professional to have final say over their schedule. We allow for two approaches to scheduling: professional driven bookings and customer driven request to book. Bookings are also how we communicate how a service has went, and update the customer through the creation of a service report. The process of creating a booking also creates an event on a customers timeline, so that the customer is always in-sync with upcoming appointments and past services.
