In-App Payment and Invoicing Process

We understand as fellow pet professionals that the invoicing and payment process can be the most awkward and uncomfortable part of the job. At Critter, our goal is to deliver tools that are flexible and easy to tailor to your financial process. In order to best support this, we offer in-app payment via credit card through Stripe. This is an option, but not mandatory. 

The following video walks through the in-app payment process set-up, how to create an invoice and some options you have when creating an invoice, and what your customer's experience will look like when they receive an invoice.
