The Customer's Experience Using the Critter Platform

Critter's customer application is both a portal to interact with pet professionals as well as a way for pet owners manage a holistic care plan for their pet(s). We know as pet professionals it is important to be an expert on all elements of the software your customers use. This includes the end-to-end professional interactions, but also any capabilities that they available to them that sit outside of the normal flow of services and customer management on Critter.
